Her Diet Weight Loss Pill Review
Can Her Diet’s Pink Pill Melt Away Your Muffin Top?
If there’s one thing that doesn’t look good in a bikini, it’s a muffin top. And there’s nothing more frustrating that cutting out sugary and stodgy foods and hitting the gym hard to find that nothing will quite shift it. So you’re stuck with it, right?
Well, maybe not – Her Diet Pink Pills claims to push your dieting efforts to the next level with a fast-acting formula that ups energy levels throughout the day and burns away stubborn fat.
How it works is more of a mystery as the manufacturer gives little away, but let’s see what really matters – what real life users think.
Her Diet’s Formula
You’re looking at a proprietary blend here – we have to say this isn’t one of our favourite things, as it makes it impossible to know if ingredients are being used in large enough quantities to be effective. That said, here’s what you’re looking at with Her Diet:
485mg proprietary blend totalling 485mg:
1,3,7-trimethylxanthine, beta-phenylethylamine, synephrine HCl, N,N-dimethyl-4-hydroxyphenylethylamine, schizandrol A, 5-hydroxytryptophan, yohimbine HCl, theobromine anhydrous .
Directions For Use
Take one capsule with breakfast and a second with lunch. A third capsule can be taken with dinner if you’re extra keen. Users sensitive to stimulants might want to reduce their dosage by opening a capsule and removing some of the powder.
There couldn’t be any more mixed messages here to be honest.
Some reviews talk about solid, sustained and noticeable weight loss, quick fat shedding in problem areas, fewer cravings, lower appetite and big improvements in energy levels.
On the not-so positive side, there are stacks of users claiming that Her Diet is completely useless and has seen no results at all in terms of appetite suppression or fat loss. It’s little surprise, then, that these people think the supplement is a complete waste of time, money and effort. And in even worse news, this product is linked to reams of negative, and even dangerous side effects – more on that below.
A number of people also claim that the positive reviews have been written by people who have received the supplement for free, so it’s difficult to know if they are legitimate.
Reported Side Effects
There’s a major red flag here – we’ve tracked down endless reports of side effects of various seriousness – especially linked to Yohimbe and to a slightly lesser degree – Synephrine.
These include but aren’t limited to nausea, hot flashes, breathing problems, jitters, exhaustion, light headedness, heart palpitations, headaches, vomiting, stomach pain, bowel problems, breakouts, excessive shakes and diarrhea.
A handful of people even claim to have ended up in hospital as a result of taking Her Diet, and its recommended that Her Diet shouldn’t be taken alongside any other medication.

While this product’s Amazon listing briefly mentions a full refund if you’re not happy with the supplement, there are no actual details offered – and the manufacturer’s website doesn’t mention anything of the sort. So its all a bit vague really….
We really do not like proprietary blends anyway, this is when the makers list the ingredients found in the product, but prefer to keep the amounts of each said ingredient to themselves…Basically you have no idea how much of anything is in the mix, and therefore not knowing if there is actually enough of each key component in every serving to actually have any effect…
Our largest concern however is the inclusion of Yohimbe in the mix…. banned in many countries but surprisingly still legal in the US, it is listed however, in the FDA’s dangerous ingredient list – largely due to its many side effects, some even potentially life threatening as listed above…Synephrine is another ingredients with a reputation for being potentially harmful – often found on ingredient labels as Bitter Orange, or Citrus Aurantium, its another ingredient that we would steer well clear of….
To Sum Up, we would never recommend Her Diet to our worst enemy, its potential for causing bodily harm is too great….If you are an active women who is serious about losing weight, there are a couple of products that we lost n our top rated fat burners are really recommended to women – Leanbean and Instant Knockout... the former is a rather unique purpose made female fat burner and the latter, although actually marketed for men, has proven itself to be very effective when taken by active women….
Either would be a great alternative to Her Diet…
